On July 15, 2009 Past Post Commander Danny Bass led a group of Jewish War Veterans from Post 567, along with their spouses and friends by bus to the Israeli Embassy in Washington DC for a rally in support of the State of Israel. Former Maryland State Senator Leonard Teitlebaum read a statement of support to our group and officials from the Israeli Embassy. They in turn read a statement thanking us for our support. |
